Curriculum Vitae

Avv. Alberto Morizio, born in 1984, after attending a classical high school, graduated in Law from the University of Turin, Italy, with dissertations on Private Law (degree 109/110) and Bankruptcy Law (degree 110 cum laude/110).

He has passed linguistic certificates in English (Certificate in Advanced English – European level C1), French (DELF – B2) and German (Goethe Zertifikat – B2).

He took part in the 2010 International Summer School in IT law directed by Prof. Nikolaus Forgò, Leibniz University Hannover, Germany.

He trained as a lawyer in Pinerolo (Turin) practicing general civil litigation, gaining significant experience in various fields of law, then admitted to the Bar in 2012 and founded his own independent practice in Turin in 2013.

His studies are now focused on international family and succession law and  he is regularly invited as a speaker/lecturer on these topics (conferences and publications).

Since 2017 Avv. Alberto Morizio is Honorary Fellow (IUS/02 – Comparative Private Law) – Università degli Studi del Piemonte Orientale (Eastern Piedmont University – UNIUPO) “Amedeo Avogadro”.

Since Academic Year 2022/2023, Avv. Alberto Morizio is Contract Professor of European Private Law, Department of Economics, UNIUPO – Eastern Piedmont University, Alessandria, Italy.

From 2018 to 2023 Avv. Alberto Morizio has been Commissioner of Turin Bar Association, Family Law Commission.

Currently he is Commissioner of CRINT Commission – International relations of Turin Bar Association.

He is an active member of:

° UIA (Union Internationale des Avocats) International Estate Planning and Family law commissions (Conferences and Publications);

° CamMiNo (Camera Nazionale Avvocati per le persone, le relazioni familiari e i minorenni), in partnership with EFL (European Association for Family and Succession Law);

° AIADC – italian parnter of IACP – International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, focusing on ADR methods in the field of family and inheritance law.
